We provide both store level and home office application training.  In addition, training after implementation of a POS system is often necessary to ensure that you are receiving the optimal benefit from your investment.  Merchant Applications Inc. offers a wide variety of comprehensive and personalized training options including:

Store level - Typically these sessions are less than 1 day in duration and can usually be handled by the installation team.

Home office - These sessions will typically run from 4 to 8 days.  The duration will depend on how many of the home office modules you will be using. Support personnel - These sessions can typically run from 2 to 4 days. The time required is dependant upon the level of first line support you plan to provide.

Train the trainer – This session will typically run for 1 to 2 days.  The time required will depend upon the level of functionality that must be imparted to store level personnel by the trainer.

Training can be done at our office or at yours, if required.  Ongoing training can also be done at either location.  There is no limit on the number of attendees.
